This is a lovely non-alcoholic aperitivo. Ill be posting about the alcoholic version in february. One thing you might be wondering after reading the ingredients is 'How come its not cloudy?' … Well i decided to be one of those wanky bartenders and clarify my juice. 25ml Crossip Pure 25ml Elderflower Cordial 25ml Grapfruit Juice Garnish with an Orange twist

STIR... Add all the ingredients to a fancy glass. Add Ice. Stir for 20 secs until combined.
