Award winning Bartender, Mixologist, Cocktilian (choose your favourite). Winner of “The Young British Foodies”, IMBIBE “Drinks List of the Year”, published in The Guardian, Olive Magazine and The Telegraph, are among some of the awards and publications received. Having 15years experience working in the Bar and Drinks industry, Carl is most known for creating the drinks concept across the Dishoom group. Carls love for beverage history has helped him to become creative and experimental in his relationship to drink. When he isn’t working he will be found cycling, playing rugby or in the gym. Carl is an avid promoter of maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst being able to enjoy alcohol and working in hospitality industry. After a number of appearances on Sunday Brunch and This Morning, Carl looks to spread knowledge further through media.
